Sindh govt announces dates for matric and intermediate results

The Sindh government has recently disclosed the schedule for the announcement of result for matriculation and intermediate examination throughout the province, confirming key dates for students awaiting their outcomes.
As per the source, the matriculation results will be released by 10 July 2026 and the results of intermediate will be declared by 31 July 2026.
This decision has been taken to align exam results during a high profile meeting organized in Karachi. Muhammad Ismail Rahu chairmanship of the provincial minister for universities and boards, chaired the meeting.
Secretary for Universities Muhammad Abbas Baloch and chairpersons of all educational boards across Sindh have participated the meeting. Officials also reviewed the overall conduct of the annual matric and intermediate examinations held across the province.
During the session briefing was provided by all boards on detailed updates of examination arrangements in their respective divisions. It was also announced that part-1 results for both Matriculation and Intermediate will be issued by 31 August 2026.
Speaking on the occasion, Ismail Rahu further updated that matric results across all divisions of Sindh would be released by 10 July 2026 and intermediate results would be finalized by 31 July 2026. According to him the decision will help students to facilitate them in securing admissions without delay.
He also updated that Provincial Governments would continue to extend their utmost support to all examination boards for improvement in transparency, merit, and the overall examination system.
Officials further informed the meeting that in the Sukkur division, certain teams showing poor performance during examinations, had their duties cancelled. Secretary Muhammad Abbas Baloch also noted that several cases of violation f section 144 were observed in Karachi during the examination period.
It is also notable that intermediate examinations in the Karachi division will conclude on 15 June 2026.
